Why does Phase 2 need a dedicated Mac?
ghosty-bridge runs Claude Code locally, talks to your files, and handles the Slack bridge. Running it on a dedicated machine gives each tenant true process and filesystem isolation, and lets the bridge stay online 24/7 without competing for your laptop's resources.
Why does Claude Max cost land around $200/mo?
Claude Max is Anthropic's highest subscription tier. It's what enables Opus 4.6 with a 1M context window at high effort, which is required for long-running agentic work across 12+ concurrent sessions.
Can I start on Phase 1 and move to Phase 2 later?
Yes — that's the recommended path. Phase 1 lets you prove the workflow fits your team before investing in hardware and a Claude Max subscription.
Is there a Phase 1 waitlist?
We're currently hosting Ghost Works and MBI Ventures portfolio companies as Phase 1 guests. Request access from the home page and we'll evaluate fit.
Can I bring my own Claude Code / API key?
On Phase 2, yes — your bridge uses your Claude subscription directly. We don't proxy model calls.
